This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how payments and cancellations are handled for services provided by Approach Digital LLP.

1. Project-Based Services

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided once:

  • Work has begun on the project

  • Resources, time, or design/development efforts have been allocated

2. Advance / Booking Payments

Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they reserve project slots and cover initial resource planning.

3. Cancellations by Client

If a client chooses to discontinue the project:

  • No refunds will be processed

  • Completed work up to that point may be delivered if all dues are cleared

4. Delays from Client Side

If the client becomes unresponsive for 30 days, the project may be marked as inactive, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Service-Based Subscriptions

For hosting, maintenance, or retainers:

  • Payments already made are non-refundable

  • Cancellation can be requested before the next billing cycle

6. Cancellations by Approach Digital LLP

A refund may be issued only if we fail to start the project due to internal reasons.
Refunds will not apply if:

  • Client delays the project

  • Client violates terms or requests work outside the agreed scope
