4. Intellectual Property All materials, designs, code, and deliverables created by Approach Digital LLP remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership transfers as per the agreement unless otherwise specified.
5. Third-Party Tools & Integrations We may use third-party tools, APIs, plugins, or hosting services. We are not liable for any issues, downtime, or errors caused by third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability Approach Digital LLP is not responsible for: Loss of data, Loss of revenue, Business disruption,s Issues due to misuse or modification of delivered work.
7. Termination We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if: The user violates terms, The project involves unethical or illegal activities, Payment terms are not met
8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
